Welcome to Towson University / NTIS On-line Registration System
Please Read before Registering
Federal government employees now have access, via NTIS, to the best of Towson University's professional online education
and training programs. Through this partnership with NTIS, Towson University will offer government agencies and employees
substantial savings on the cost of non-credit certification and training programs. Additionally master's level programs/degrees
in Applied Information Technology, Integrated Homeland Security Management, Human Resource Development, and a
post-baccalaureate certificate in Security Assessment and Management are offered at group (cohort) rates or regular pricing
when individually taken. Credit courses follow the Towson University semester schedule and will not necessarily be offered each semester.
Once a non-credit course/program is chosen, employees can (for all non-credit training) register and pay online. A confirmation will be electronically forwarded to the registrant, and within 48 hours, directions on accessing the online program will be emailed to the registrant. Once the Registrant has received the email with instructions to access the course login portal she/he may begin the online course immediately. Furthermore, all courses provide 24/7 access and the majority include 24/7 mentoring.
